Watercolour anatomy study

This is an abstract painting study on human anatomy which later on inspired a collection of more simpler studies.
I  used pencil in the background to create sketched versions of the muscle movements. This emphasised the bold red colour that was used for the main anatomy

  For my EPQ I redesigned this site in Elephant and Castle New Kent Road SE1 4AG. To plan for this project I created various mapping plans as well as individual sketches for proposals, I also designed some public seating inspired by works from the local community gallery. This is a life-size sculpture I made for the theme of Beauty and femininity". The sculpture takes influences from Niki De Saint Phalle and Rodin. I created a female version of Rodin's bronze soldier with accenting breast designs most commonly found on De Saint Phalle's Nanas, as well as the decorative snake that appears in some of her work.
